JOB LOCATION: 311 S Akard Street., Dallas, TX 75202
DUTIES: Lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge models and solutions, utilizing deep technological expertise and the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI). This role requires a strategic visionary capable of navigating and integrating complex technological ecosystems to create innovative solutions that drive significant business impact. Responsibilities include staying at the forefront of AI research, identifying emerging trends, and translating them into practical applications that enhance the organization's competitive edge. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems, and mentoring junior team members to elevate the overall technical proficiency of the team, will be essential aspects of this role. This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the technical infrastructure and network connectivity between data, platforms & production systems as well as onboarding and enabling other team members to develop solutions and utilize best practices.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or Scientific Computing and 5 Years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 Years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation with expertise in AI, GenAI, or advanced technological solutions; strategic vision and innovative solution development; data sourcing, ETL processes, and infrastructure setup; supporting technical infrastructure as a System Admin or DBA; experience in cloud environment such as Azure/AWS; SQL (Snowflake, Postgres, Oracle, SQL Server); Unix, Python, Databricks, tuning and optimization.
Our Principal Data/AI Engineering roles earn between $175,000 - $261,100 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
