What you’ll do:

• Technical Product Vision and Strategy: Develop product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape

• Roadmap Planning and Stakeholder Collaboration: Define and prioritize the product roadmap through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers

• Product Development and Requirements Management: Guide product development by detailing software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and support trade-off discussions and negotiations

• Customer-Centric Product Management: Ensure product viability and alignment with business goals by monitoring performance, serving as the voice of the customer, and ensuring high-quality user experience

• Sprint Planning and Subject Matter Expertise: Participate in sprint planning, support feature refinement, and act as a subject matter expert within the organization for assigned products or product lines.

What you’ll need:

As a Senior Tech Product Mgr, you’ll be responsible for defining and driving the technical product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with market demands, and delivering customer-centric software solutions that meet business objectives.  Resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts.  Guide others, applying advanced principles and company practices.  Leads moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value.  Operates autonomously with frequent senior leadership interaction.  Assigned moderately complex products or product lines.  Experience working on a single technical product or product line.  Writes user stories and sets the product direction at the team level OR writes features and sets the direction for a group of teams.

What you’ll bring:

• Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience; Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role

• Desired Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field preferred

Our Senior Tech Product Mgr earns between $106,100 - $159,100 annually.  Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
