Job Description:

JOB LOCATION: 1405 US Hwy. 206, Bedminster, New Jersey 07921

DUTIES: Work on specific components and their interactions that comprise the End-to-End Integrated Architecture including Work with customers, stakeholders, and development teams to define high-level solution. Determine the primary components and subsystems and analyze technical trade-offs. Identify interfaces and collaborations between them, define higher-level functional Nonfunctional Requirements NFRs. Defines a shared technical and architectural vision focused on creating technical alignment for the full Solution rather than concerns for specific components. Work with portfolio stakeholders, customers, Enterprise Architects, System Engineers and development teams to align the architectural direction. Perform joint assessments with business units and client application teams to understand Present Mode of Operations (PMO) of application and design to a target Future Mode of Operation (FMO) deployment stack on AT&T Public Cloud. Provide architecture and connectivity design, workload optimization and solution design leveraging Platform as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) as offered by partner Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs). Demonstrate experience as a Solution Architect, specializing in AI/ML and generative AI. Lead role in shaping GenAI strategy and architecture. Oversee the complete GenAI integration process from ideation to delivery and operational use. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team developing applications based on Generative AI. Design and architect artificial intelligence solutions, specifically leveraging Python for GenAI based applications. Work on Machine Learning Developer. Implement Gen AI technologies. Work on LLM tools and techniques including Lang Chain, Prompt flow, vector DB, and prompt engineering. Work as a GenAI pipelines, various language models (LLM) including GPT-4, BERT, LLaMA, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks. Understand AI agents including both worker and orchestrator to facilitate decisioning and deployment of complex applications. Build REST APIs/Graph QL and interfaces using frameworks including Fast API, Flask, and Django. Understand agentic frameworks for developing autonomous agents that can make decisions and take actions based on user inputs and data. Create and implement testing strategies to ensure the reliability and accuracy of GenAI models, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or Computer Science, and 1 year of experience in the job offered, or 1 year of experience in a related occupation providing technical leadership and guidance to the team developing applications based on Generative AI; designing and architecting artificial intelligence solutions, specifically leveraging Python for GenAI based applications; working on Machine Learning Developer; implementing Gen AI technologies; working on LLM tools and techniques including LangChain, Promptflow, vector DB, and prompt engineering; working as a GenAI pipelines, various language models (LLM) including GPT-4, BERT, LLaMA, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks; understanding of AI agents including both worker and orchestrator to facilitate decisioning and deployment of complex applications; building REST APIs/GraphQL andinterfaces using frameworks including FastAPI, Flask, and Django; understanding agentic frameworks for developing autonomous agents that can make decisions and take actions based on user inputs and data; and creating and implementing testing strategies to ensure the reliability and accuracy of GenAI models, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.

Our Lead Solutions Architects earn between $171,600 - $215,800 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
