Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (Python & React)

About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Python and React to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with around 10 years of experience in software development, who can drive technical excellence, mentor junior developers, and take ownership of key projects from conception to deployment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications, while also contributing to architectural decisions and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Python (Django, Flask, or similar frameworks) for the back-end and React.js for the front-end.
Mentor, guide, and support junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and application architecture.
Develop and maintain robust, reusable, and secure code across the stack.
Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services as needed.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to promote team growth and code quality.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and frameworks, recommending their adoption where beneficial.
Contribute to project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Approximately 8+ years of hands-on professional experience in full stack web development.
Advanced proficiency in Python and its web frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
Extensive experience building modern front-end applications with React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
Proven experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM technologies.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design, implementation, and integration.
Proficient with version control systems, especially Git, and collaborative development workflows.
Demonstrated leadership in technical teams, including mentoring and code review.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks.
Background in Agile/Scrum project environments.
Experience in architectural decision-making and technical roadmap planning.
