What you’ll do:

• Manages exempt and nonexempt employees in operations and maintenance of cellular service

• Manages costs and related expenses

• Monitors and is responsible for budgets for area of responsibility

• Works with engineering departments to ensure that all software updates are handled correctly and all installation and testing activities

• Works closely with managers and project team members to assess/meet department goals. Implements, enforces, and may help develop strategies and guidelines

• Ensures compliance with government regulations and system specifications

What you’ll need:

As a Manager-Network Services, you will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians who are responsible for installation, maintenance, operations, provisioning, dispatch, as well as test/turnup activities at Mobility equipment locations including Cell Sites, RAN Hubs, or MTSOs.

What you’ll bring:

• Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years of network related technical

• Required Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license

• Desired Education:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent related network experience; Technical degree preferred

• Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with MS Excel

  • Understanding of EHS policies, procedures and guidelines for Field working personnel

Environmental Requirements:

This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand- by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.

Our Manager-Network Services earns between $77,100 - $128,500 annually.  Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
