AT&T is seeking motivated recent graduates for our Technology Development Program, a 24-36 month project-based rotational experience across four tracks. Participants will work on impactful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain broad technical skills to accelerate their technology careers.

We’re looking for individuals with a passion for technology eager to innovate and grow.

What you’ll do:

· Software Engineer: Create next-gen technology solutions with user-focused designs. Write clean code, test thoroughly, and refine with user feedback. Use AI to simplify processes, maintain a security-first approach, and collaborate daily with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Node.js is essential for this track.

· Data Science Engineer: Apply data analysis, AI, and machine learning with a strong software engineering and security mindset to solve business challenges and improve customer satisfaction. Collaborate cross-functionally to turn complex data into actionable insights that boost efficiency and revenue. Proficiency in Python, R, Spark, SQL, and strong communication skills is essential for this track.

· Systems Engineer: Leverage technical expertise and strategic thinking to enhance AT&T’s network, optimize applications, and deliver value. Collaborate across teams to automate workflows, integrate data platforms, develop tests, and improve system performance with a security-first mindset. Use data skills to communicate insights and drive decisions. Requires proficiency in scripting, collaborative problem-solving, and strong data analysis.

· Network Engineer: Join a mission-critical team planning, building, and operating advanced wireless and fiber networks. Impact voice, video, and data solutions as we move toward automated networks. Work on 5G, fiber design, and innovative projects with technical and leadership growth opportunities. This role requires skills in data analysis, programming, automation, financial insight, communication, and leadership. Use AI/ML to enhance network performance, optimize operations, and drive data-informed decisions. We seek forward-thinking engineers who turn insights into action to advance AT&T’s future.

What you’ll need:

· A four-year or graduate degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) completed before the start date.

· Availability to begin full-time employment by July 2026.

· Ability to work on-site at least 5 days per week at the specified office locations.

Our Technology Development Program managers earn between $77,800 - $130,800 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
