Job Description:

AT&T is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to help our teams deliver high-quality solutions in a collaborative, agile environment. In this role, you will facilitate agile processes, support team development, and remove obstacles to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities:

• Guide up to 2 agile teams through all phases of the software delivery lifecycle, ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices.

• Facilitate key agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, with a focus on delivering value and improving team effectiveness.

• Identify and help remove impediments that may impact the team’s ability to achieve its goals.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized, actionable product backlog.

• Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and open communication within the team.

• Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement practical solutions.

• Serve as an advocate for agile methodologies, adapting approaches as needed to fit the team and organizational context.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role in a software development environment.

• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and experience applying them in practice.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency with agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master) preferred.

• Ability to navigate complexity, resolve conflicts, and guide teams through change.

Compensation:

Salaryranges between 3 283EUR - 4933EUR gross monthly.

This is a hybrid-flex worker position where our preference is for you to be present with your team in the office at least 2 times per week.
