Join our dynamic global HR technology team as a Senior Workday Configurator. At our company, we leverage Workday for HR since January 2024 to its fullest potential, making us one of the largest clients in the industry. We utilise nearly every module within Workday's HR suite, including but not limited to Core, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management, Leave management and more. Join us to maximise the business value of the application for streamlining our HR processes, enhance employee experiences, and drive organisational efficiency with a focus on Compensation. You will be working in a global team applying agile methodology – we look forward to utilising your advanced knowledge and expertise in configuring the platform and beyond to deliver best in class end-to-end solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Configuration: Customize tables, fields, and forms to meet organizational needs.
  • Business Rules & UI Policies: Define and implement robust business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
  • Workflow & Approvals: Configure workflows and approval processes using user-friendly, UI-based editor tools, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Service Portals & Widgets: Design and configure engaging service portals, widgets, and catalog items to enhance user experience.
  • Customization: Tailor software solutions or add-ons to align with the organization's processes and workflows without the need for custom coding, ensuring flexibility and efficiency.
  • Cover EMEA working time with flexibility to accommodate collaboration as a global team with USA team members

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in configuring features in the Workday platform with HR focus (preferably: Workday’s compensation module); 8+ years of experience in total
  • Advanced Excel and or MS 365 (e.g. MS PoweQuery)
  • Robust experience with translating client requirements, self-sufficiently refine HR business needs, configure and test accordingly
  • Proficient in English
  • Highly analytical –  trained to apply an end-to end approach that systematically reviews diverse impact scenarios, e.g. reviewing solutions from data intake, via data changes until data output effects on reporting and integrations
  • Self-sufficient and driven: Used to virtual management, well organised, able to balance competing items and manage against timelines   
  • Certifications: Relevant Workday certifications are desired.

Our earns Senior Workday Configurator between 105,000 - 130,000 CZK (4,200 - 5,000 EUR) gross / month. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on experience, expertise, and education/training.
