Our Product Development group, part of AT&T’s Technology Services (ATS) organisation, is responsible for building software-based products, services, and platforms that our customer love and need. Harnessing technology and rebuilding software expertise the team is inspiring simplicity with projects that deliver revenue and cost savings opportunities.
Job Overview:
We’re hiring for a hands-on technology Leader for Technical Program Managers and Scrum Masters with a strong background in software/product development.
You will work closely with our development teams as well as our business and product partners.
Core Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership to build, motivate, guide, scale, and mentor team members including performance management coaching.
Oversee all phases of the projects/programs, while striving to meet delivery commitments.
Anticipate bottlenecks and risks, lead escalation management, manage dependencies and tradeoffs.
Report progress and overall project status to internal groups and executive management.
Drive the adoption and adherence to established project and program management methodologies, tools, and processes, ensuring consistency and quality across all programs and projects.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Proven experience leading / supervising teams - hiring, training/development and evaluation of staff performance.
5+ years of project/program management experience.
Proven experience managing complex programs and projects, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Extensive knowledge and practice with Agile methodologies and mindset and experience implementing them in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with customers, establishing relationships and communicating in a proficient manner.
Detail oriented and methodological mindset.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Global mindset with understanding of multi-cultural nuances and flexibility with overseas hours.
Experience with project management tools and software, such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project etc.
Agile-related certification is a plus
Compensation:
Salary for Slovakia starting from 4 400EUR gross monthly.
Salary for Czech Republic starting from 127 500CZK gross monthly.
The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge and experience.

Location:
This is a hybrid-flex worker position where our preference is for you to be present with your team in the office at least 1-3 times per week. Travel between to our locations in Bratislava/Brno/Kosice is expected from time-to-time.
