AT&T provides professional services to the office of the Marine Corps' Assistant Deputy Commandant for Installations & Logistics (I&L), Logistics Plans, Policies and Strategic Mobility.  Work includes Strategic Communications Management, Logistics Innovation & Advocacy, IT Portfolio Management, Data Management, Analytics, Program Management and other related services in order to improve and enhance the lethality of the Marine Air/Ground Task Force (MAGTF) through logistics speed, agility, and flexibility.

AT&T has an opening for a Junior Program Manager to support DoD and federal defense customers by managing projects or project components, overseeing day-to-day execution, and supporting the delivery of program objectives in alignment with customer requirements within a structured, mission-driven government environment.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing projects or aspects of projects
  • Providing guidance for specific tasks/subtasks
  • Manages day-to-day activities and reviews work products for completeness and adherence to customer requirements & standards
  • Provides supervision of multiple complex projects and principal liaison responsibilities with client on all business, technical and cost matters for task project planning, scheduling and implementation
  • Directs completion of projects within estimated time frames and budget constraints.

What You’ll Need

  • Demonstrated experience performing duties within a DoD, federal, or defense‑support environment 
  • Ability to operate effectively in a structured, mission‑driven, and customer‑facing government setting 
  • Experience supporting programs with defined task orders, performance metrics, and delivery timelines 
  • Ability to comply with all federal government contracting, suitability, and security requirements 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with military, civilian, and contractor personnel 

Required Clearance

Must be able a US Citizen and able to attain clearance. (#clearable) (#secret)

CLEARABLE; SECRET PREFERRED

Required Qualifications:

  • 1- 4 years of experience in managing and directing DoD projects and programs related to logistics initiatives and/or technology development/integration.
  • Prior experience supporting USMC, DoD, or other federal defense organizations 
  • Familiarity with Marine Corps organizational structures, operational processes, or logistics/IT environments 
  • Experience briefing or supporting senior government or military leadership 
  • Understanding of federal acquisition, compliance, or operational frameworks 

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance at the level required by the task order. Employment is contingent upon award of task order and successful completion of the security clearance process and continued eligibility throughout the course of employment.

Our Program Manager - Junior's earn between $104,400 - $126,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
