Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Join AT&T’s Sales team and help connect customers with innovative solutions in cybersecurity, fiber, wireless, cloud, IoT, and more. Your sales expertise will drive growth and support our vision to lead the industry in connectivity, technology, and community.

As a Manager -Sales Mobility, you will provide direction and guidance to team, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of customer service requests, inquiries, complaints, and sales to maintain high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What you’ll do

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, resolving customer issues and directing problem fixes.

  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations for staff and field forces.

  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Performance Improvement: Monitor performance, implement improvements, and develop efficiency and effectiveness plans.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer concerns and analyze data to identify and meet customer needs.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.

  • 3+ years of related experience.

What you’ll bring

  • Oversees the daily operations of their team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • This role focuses on immediate team management, task delegation, and the resolution of day-to-day issues.

  • Typically leads occupational staff within the organization.

  • Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action and promotional activity for subordinates.

Our Manager-Sales Mobility, earn between $52,400 - $78,600 + commissions with a total target compensation of $75,400 - $101,600. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training
