Job Overview:

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions to transform industry-standard order, delivery, and assurance management systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Business Systems, and Operations teams to develop and enhance AT&T’s software platforms, working on new features, enhancements, and defect resolution throughout the development lifecycle. You will independently deliver robust, scalable systems, contribute to technical discussions, and mentor less experienced team members in a collaborative, agile environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

Technical Skills:

UI Stack (80% Weightage) JavaScript, ReactJS, NextJS Framework, JSON, HTML5, CSS3, Babel, Webpack, Micro Front-End architecture, Typescript

Middleware/Backend Stack (20%

Weightage) NodeJS, Java, Spring Boot, REST services

Common Stack (Must Have) GIT, Agile, JIRA, Cloud, CICD, SQL/NoSQL Databases, Unit/Functional Testing, Postman

Day-to-Day:

· Hands-on coding, troubleshooting, and implementation across the stack.

· Participating in code reviews and technical discussions.

· Collaborating in agile ceremonies, team meetings, and cross-functional projects.

· Mentoring and supporting junior engineers.

· Being available for any regular Release / Production defects support.

Core Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications with deep expertise in React, Next JS, Node JS and Java.

· Take ownership of key technical deliverables across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

· Apply and advocate best practices in software engineering, code quality, testing, and DevOps.

· Leverage AI-driven tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLMs, RAGs) and stay current with emerging technologies.

· Implement data persistence solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Databricks).

· Use modern testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress), code review, static analysis (Lint, Prettier, Veracode, SonarQube), and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Terraform).

· Design and implement APIs (REST, OpenAPI/Swagger) and support event-driven architectures (Kafka, messaging services).

· Perform complex engineering activities for Web performance tuning, monitoring, deployment and production support.

· Contribute to cloud-native development using Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.

· Participate in agile processes (Agile/Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and team ceremonies.

· Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

· Perform complex engineering activities for web performance tuning, monitoring, deployment and production support.

Overall Experience:

· 5+ professional experience in building web applications.

· 5+ years of strong background in object-oriented design principles and design patterns.

· 5+ years in web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and ReactJS.

· 5+ years of experience developing applications utilizing relational databases and/or no SQL databases as part of the overall application architecture.

· 2+ years of experience in server-side rendering using Next JS.

· 2+ years of experience in build and CICD technologies: GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar

· 2+ years of experience in Unit and Function testing using Junit, Spock, Mockito/JMock, Selenium, Cucumber, SoapUI or Postman

Additional Desirable Experience:

· Experience with AI-driven developer tools.

· Involvement in migration or modernization of legacy systems.

· Experience working in large, distributed enterprise environments.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers and leaders.
