Job Description:

JOB TITLE: Associate Director - Technology II

REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker: In office position with work from home allowed, i.e. flex or hybrid worker

JOB LOCATION: 211 S Akard St. Dallas, TX 75202 [Hybrid]

DUTIES: Use strong Salesforce software development experience, ability and skills to motivate, energize and develop a team to meet business and technology objectives by collaborating with US partners and offshore stakeholders. Proven outcome-based user requirement definition, architecture definition, implementation and operations of salesforce environment and digital transformation. Comprehension of allied function in total ecosystem such as Einstein AI, DevOps and relation to business outcome will be added advantage. Build a culture of innovation and identify efficiency opportunities. Develop strategy, setting priorities to meet business and technology objectives by collaborating with US partners and other key stakeholders. Understanding of marketplace including costs and ability to go into details including stepping into scrum master responsibilities for one key area depending on the need. Experience with P&L, Business Case, Billing, Finance, Systems. Motivate and energize team to meet priorities, perform key roles and develop them for the future. Build architecture, design of systems, or software development. Coach and mentor engineers, developers. Work within Agile/Scrum/Kanban development team. Utilize cloud technologies: CPQ, Apex Class, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Copado, JavaScript, VS Code, Data loader, Force.com platform, Workbench. Supervises five (5) employees, including one (1) Principal Product Development Engineer, two (2) Sr Product Development Engineer(s), one (1) Lead Product Development Engineer, and one (1) Sr Specialist Product Development Engineer. 

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in a related occupation building architecture, design of systems, or software development; coaching and mentoring engineers, developers; working within Agile/Scrum/Kanban development team; and utilizing technologies: CPQ, Apex Class, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Copado, JavaScript, VS Code, Data loader, Force.com platform, Workbench.

Our Associate Director- Technology IIs earn between $205,000 - $261,100 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
