About You

You are a strategic, detail-oriented commercial attorney with a proven ability to manage complex transactional matters and high-volume contract portfolios across multiple jurisdictions. You enjoy working closely with senior management and leadership teams. You bring:

  • A law degree and an active license in good standing to practice law
  • 8+ years of related experience, with a strong background in commercial transactions, contract negotiation, and/or telecommunications or infrastructure-related commercial agreements
  • Deep expertise in drafting and negotiating platform access agreements, master service agreements, construction and maintenance contracts, and vendor and procurement arrangements
