Job Description:

As an HR Product Manager specializing in HR technologies, you will serve as an agile product manager and Product Owner Delegate, bridging the gap between HR business stakeholders and technology delivery teams. You will drive the end-to-end requirements process for platforms such as Workday, HireVue, HiredScore, and other HR vendor applications, ensuring all solutions are aligned with business objectives and delivered with high quality.
What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and maintain detailed business and technical requirements and user stories (Agile methodology), specifically for HR technology solutions such as Workday, Hirevue, Hiredscore, and other vendor applications.

  • Serve as the primary contact between and liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding, alignment of project goals, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, PO/PM syncs, and backlog grooming sessions, ensuring alignment on priorities, scope, and timelines.

  • Coordinate and participate in testing and UAT activities to ensure requirements/user stories are accurately implemented and final deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.

  • Manage changes to requirements/user stories, assess their impact on project scope, timeline, and resources, and identify and mitigate related risks.

  • Assist in project planning activities, such as creating timelines and resource allocation plans.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve requirements management processes and tools, implementing best practices for HR technology projects.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience implementing and supporting HR technology platforms, such as Workday, HireVue, HiredScore, or similar.

  • Deep understanding of scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and product ownership best practices.

  • Exceptional communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.

  • Advanced proficiency in requirements management and Agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

  • Demonstrated client-facing abilities and relationship-building expertise with HR and IT stakeholders.

  • Experience presenting to leadership, leading workshops, doing demos, and backlog refinement sessions.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

  • 5+ years in product management or product owner roles, with at least 3 years focused on HR technology solutions (e.g., Workday - Recruiting).

  • Experience with Agile project delivery and HR process optimization is highly desirable.

Our HR Product Manager earns between $118,800 - $178,200 USD annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
