Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Financial Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting monthly production processes for Captive Leasing Operations and implementing corporate strategies for lease billings and tax liabilities in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deadline Management: Ensure all required deadlines are met with precision and efficiency.

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple concurrent initiatives, demonstrating strong project management skills.

• Collaborative Planning: Work closely with other business unit stakeholders and IT professionals to plan and implement projects, as well as resolve production issues.

• Financial Analysis: Conduct complex analysis of financial transactions, identify root causes, and propose effective resolutions.

• Decision Making: Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies to select methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

This role requires a high level of judgment and decision-making within broadly defined practices and policies. You will be expected to navigate complex scenarios and make impactful decisions that contribute to the success of our financial systems.
