You’ll be the driving force behind our logistics and supply chain vendor management process, ensuring that our partners meet and exceed expectations for quality, delivery, and value. By building collaborative relationships with logistics vendors, you’ll implement and improve strategies that support business goals and drive transformation throughout the organization. This is an opportunity to lead change, solve complex challenges, and guide teams to operational excellence—all from our Ft. What you’ll do
Lead the development and execution of logistics and supply chain strategies, partnering closely with key vendors to deliver on business objectives.
Define, design, and implement process improvements across the supply chain, facilitating organizational change through expert consulting and collaboration.
Manage vendor performance against targets, ensuring critical delivery, quality, and logistics objectives are consistently met or exceeded.
Serve as a subject matter expert on supply chain initiatives, product launches, and high-impact projects.
Oversee operational performance meetings with vendors and internal stakeholders, identifying gaps, approving corrective action plans, and escalating issues as needed.
Provide leadership and analytical support for contract negotiations, process transformation, and business continuity planning.
What you’ll need
Deep knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes, procedures, systems, and tools.
Proven experience managing and optimizing vendor performance in a fast-paced environment.
Strong expertise in financial and operational analysis for decision support.
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects of varying size and complexity simultaneously.
Experience developing and implementing process improvements and transformation initiatives.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both vendors and internal teams.
What you’ll bring
Typically, 8 to 10 years of relevant supply chain, logistics, or vendor management experience.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional certification in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
Experience leading teams, driving change, and resolving complex operational challenges.
Strong business acumen and a track record of delivering results through both strategic and tactical initiatives.
