Job overview:

You’ll take charge of our broadband reverse logistics vendor management process, ensuring transportation and distribution services are efficient, cost-effective, and fully compliant. By building strong relationships with vendors and collaborating across teams, you’ll help streamline our supply chain and support strategic business goals. This is an onsite position based in Dallas, TX, and requires monthly travel to vendor locations.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain strategic and tactical relationships with logistics vendors, monitoring their performance and driving corrective action to meet targets.
• Define, design, and implement logistics processes and strategies that improve efficiency and align with our key business objectives.
• Lead contract negotiations with vendors, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
• Oversee multiple logistics projects, partnering with internal stakeholders and serving as a subject matter expert for supply chain initiatives and product launches.
• Conduct advanced financial and operational analyses, prepare detailed reports, resolve complex logistics challenges, and support the development of goals and budgets.

What you’ll need

• Deep expertise in vendor relationship management and performance monitoring within a logistics or supply chain environment.
• Advanced skills in logistics process design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
• Strong proficiency in financial and operational analysis, with the ability to prepare actionable reports.
• Willingness and ability to travel to vendor locations on a monthly basis.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience in logistics, supply chain, or vendor management.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain required in some areas (please specify if applicable).
• Recognized expertise in resolving complex supply chain issues and leading significant projects with strategic autonomy.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and collaborating with senior leadership to implement impactful, long-term plans

Our Lead Logistics Vendor Management earns between $105,600 - $158,400 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
