Job Description:
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Timeline Management:
◦ Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Utilize project management tools and software to create detailed schedules and Gantt charts.
◦ Milestone Tracking: Establish clear milestones and deliverables and monitor progress against these targets to ensure the project remains on schedule. Implement a system for tracking and reporting on milestone achievement.
◦ Schedule Updates: Regularly update project schedules and timelines to reflect the current status and forecast future progress. Communicate any changes to stakeholders promptly.
◦ Resource Allocation: Ensure appropriate allocation of resources to meet project deadlines and adjust plans as necessary to address any delays or changes. Coordinate with resource managers to secure necessary personnel and equipment.
2. Dependency Tracking:
◦ Identify Dependencies: Clearly identify and document all project dependencies, both internal and external. Map out dependency relationships and their impact on project timelines.
◦ Monitor Interdependencies: Continuously monitor and manage interdependencies between different tasks and teams to prevent bottlenecks. Use dependency tracking tools to visualize and manage these relationships.
◦ Mitigate Risks: Develop strategies to address potential dependency-related risks and issues proactively. Implement contingency plans to mitigate the impact of dependency-related disruptions.
◦ Communication: Ensure all stakeholders are aware of dependency statuses and any changes that might impact project timelines. Provide regular updates on dependency risks and mitigation efforts.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination:
◦ Team Collaboration: Facilitate effective collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring all members are aligned with project goals and timelines. Promote a culture of teamwork and open communication.
◦ Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead regular project meetings, including kick-off, status updates, and post-mortem reviews. Prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
◦ Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns. Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries.
◦ Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving cross-functional issues and conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle. Implement conflict resolution strategies to maintain project momentum
Risk Tracking:
◦ Risk Identification: Proactively identify potential risks that could impact project success, including technical, operational, and external risks. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify new risks.
◦ Risk Assessment: Assess the likelihood and impact of identified risks to prioritize mitigation efforts. Use risk assessment matrices to quantify and prioritize risks.
◦ Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to minimize the impact of potential risks on the project. Monitor the effectiveness of mitigation strategies and adjust as needed.
◦ Risk Reporting: Maintain a risk register and regularly report on risk status to stakeholders, including any changes in risk levels or new risks identified. Provide detailed risk analysis and recommendations for risk management.
5. Communications:
◦ Communication Plan: Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Tailor communication strategies to different stakeholder groups.
◦ Status Reports: Prepare and distribute regular status reports to keep stakeholders updated on project progress, risks, and issues. Use dashboards and visualizations to enhance report clarity.
◦ Transparency: Ensure transparency in all communications, providing accurate and timely information to support informed decision-making. Foster a culture of openness and accountability.
◦ Feedback Loop: Establish mechanisms for receiving and incorporating feedback from stakeholders to improve project processes and outcomes. Use feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Our Lead Product Technology earns between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
