Introduction

At AT&T, we're connecting people to greater possibility through innovation, technology, and operational excellence. As a Lead Supply Chain Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in protecting our supply chain ecosystem by developing strategies and leading initiatives that reduce inventory loss, strengthen operational controls, and drive measurable financial results. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide decisions, collaborate with leaders across multiple business functions, and deliver solutions that improve efficiency across AT&T's forward and reverse logistics operations.

Job Overview

In this role, you will lead the design and execution of AT&T's supply chain shrink reduction strategy, helping to minimize device, inventory, and transportation losses across the organization. You will serve as the Supply Chain lead for the Shrink Task Force and partner closely with Supply Chain, Product, Finance, Operations, Analytics, Technology, and Executive Leadership teams to identify risks, develop innovative solutions, and drive sustainable business outcomes.

You will leverage your expertise in solution architecture, business process improvement, financial analysis, and program leadership to deliver strategic initiatives that enhance inventory visibility, strengthen controls, and improve end-to-end supply chain performance.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute enterprise supply chain shrink reduction strategies across forward and reverse logistics operations to reduce loss exposure and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Lead a portfolio of high-value initiatives focused on device, inventory, transportation, and logistics loss prevention while driving measurable financial benefits.
  • Analyze complex business challenges and design scalable technical, operational, and process-based solutions that strengthen controls and improve supply chain performance.
  • Partner with technology and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system enhancements, process improvements, and inventory visibility solutions.
  • Develop business cases, financial models, benefit projections, and executive presentations to support funding approvals and governance reviews, including strategic investment forums.
  • Lead cross-functional programs from concept through implementation, providing executive reporting, risk management, performance tracking, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful delivery and benefit realization.

What You'll Need

  • Supply chain strategy development and loss prevention program management experience.
  • Expertise in solution architecture, business process analysis, and operational improvement methodologies.
  • Experience developing business cases, financial models, benefit forecasts, and return-on-investment analyses.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics operations, transportation controls, and supply chain visibility processes.
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and managing complex project portfolios.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions, system enhancements, and operational controls.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification required in some areas.
  • Demonstrated expertise in resolving complex business and operational challenges through innovative and scalable solutions.
  • Experience leading significant strategic initiatives with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
  • Proven ability to influence executive decision-making and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience mentoring and guiding less experienced team members while contributing to long-term organizational objectives.
  • Recognized subject matter expertise with the ability to balance technical, operational, and business priorities.

Why AT&T

You'll join a team that is focused on innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Your work will directly impact AT&T's ability to protect assets, improve supply chain performance, and deliver value to customers and shareholders.
