By joining the AT&T Marketing Excellence Program – Graduate Experience, you will gain exposure to different areas of the business through multiple rotations at an accelerated pace. During this full-time 24-month program, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about a variety of marketing disciplines including Brand, Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing, Advertising, Operations, Analytics, Digital, Marketing Technology, Research, Insights, and more. In addition, you’ll receive access to targeted development opportunities, executive mentoring, and relationship-building experiences including collaboration with top marketing team members and executives.

What you’ll need:

Our Marketing Excellence Program professionals earn an annual salary between the range of $105,600 - $158,400, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting pay within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
