The Role

Recruiting Coordinator
Responsible for supporting recruiting operations and hiring-related projects to help attract, engage, and onboard talent while ensuring alignment with timelines, process standards, resource needs, and organizational objectives. This role owns the internal referral program end to end, leads execution of career fairs nationwide, partners with the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager on recruitment marketing initiatives, supports prescreening and resume review, and serves as backup to the Sr. Onboarding Specialist on pre-employment and onboarding activities. The role coordinates recruiting activities from requisition support through onboarding, maintains stakeholder communication, supports reporting and compliance, and helps drive efficient execution of talent acquisition programs and initiatives.

Work Location: Remote

The Main Responsibilities
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
●    Internal Referral Program Ownership: Own the internal referral program end to end — track referrals and status through the hiring process, coordinate with Payroll to ensure timely and accurate referral bonus payouts, promote and advertise the program across the organization, and serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions.
●    Career Fair Execution: Own execution of career fairs nationwide, including logistics, staffing, materials, on-site representation, and post-event follow-up with candidates.
●    Recruitment Marketing: Partner with the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager on recruitment marketing projects, including employer branding content, job postings, and campaigns that support talent attraction.
●    Prescreening and Resume Review: Prescreen applicants and review resumes as needed to support recruiters and hiring managers in building qualified candidate pipelines.
●    Onboarding Backup Support: Act as backup to the Sr. Onboarding Specialist on all things pre-employment and onboarding, including background checks, new hire paperwork, and first-day readiness; document and maintain process steps for continuity.
●    Recruiting Coordination and Process Support: Support recruiting activities across the hiring lifecycle, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, requisition coordination, offer logistics, and onboarding support.
●    Project and Program Coordination: Support talent acquisition projects and programs from initiation through completion, helping ensure alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
●    Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to provide updates, coordinate activities, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations.
●    Compliance and Quality Assurance: Support adherence to employment-related requirements, internal procedures, and quality standards by reviewing process steps, documentation, and deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
●    Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify scheduling conflicts, process gaps, operational issues, or risks and help escalate or resolve them in a timely manner.
●    Reporting and Data Analysis: Maintain recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reports — including referral program and career fair performance — and support data analysis to identify trends, improve process efficiency, and inform decision-making.
●    Resource and Vendor Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and external vendors involved in recruiting processes, events, or projects to support timely and effective delivery.
●    Other Duties as Assigned: May support training, documentation, process improvement, and related talent acquisition or project coordination activities.
