We are seeking an experienced transformation leader to drive end-to-end vendor lifecycle governance across telco products and services. This role will lead cross-functional execution across procurement, finance, product, operations, billing, network services, and revenue assurance teams, while embedding AI-enabled workflows, automation, and data-driven governance to improve vendor performance, operational efficiency, compliance, cost accuracy, and business outcomes across the telecom ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead vendor lifecycle governance from onboarding and contracting through performance management, renewal, rationalization, and exit.

·       Drive cross-functional transformation across P2P, revenue assurance, billing, product, procurement, finance, and operations teams.

·       Identify, design, and implement AI-enabled workflows, automation opportunities, and process improvements across telecom vendor management activities, including contract intelligence, billing validation, anomaly detection, SLA monitoring, and supplier performance analytics.

·       Establish operating rhythms, governance forums, KPI dashboards, risk controls, and executive reporting for vendor lifecycle transformation programs.

·       Apply telecom domain knowledge across network services, carrier products, usage-based billing, inventory reconciliation, service assurance, order-to-activate workflows, and vendor cost governance.

·       Manage program risks, dependencies, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes across a complex supplier ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, technology, computer applications, engineering, or a related discipline; MBA, MCA, B.Tech, or B.E. preferred.

·       15+ years of experience in technology, telecom, vendor management, commercial operations, or large-scale transformation program management.

·       Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle processes, supplier governance, contract operations, service performance, billing, and P2P workflows.

·       Proven ability to deliver enterprise-wide transformation initiatives involving multiple business functions, senior stakeholders, and external partners.

·       Working knowledge of AI tools, automation platforms, analytics, workflow digitization, process mining, and telecom-specific AI use cases such as predictive insights, billing exception detection, network service optimization, and intelligent supplier governance.

Preferred Skills and Experience

·        Experience in telecom products, network services, managed services, supplier commercial models, or technology vendor ecosystems.

·        Familiarity with AI applications in telecom, including network operations intelligence, service assurance analytics, demand forecasting, ticket triage, contract summarization, invoice validation, and vendor risk prediction.

·        Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured transformation plans, measurable outcomes, and scalable operating models.

·        Strong financial acumen, including cost optimization, budget governance, billing validation, and value realization tracking.

·        Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and change management skills.

Success Measures

·       Improved vendor lifecycle efficiency, cycle time, and process standardization across key workflows.

·       Stronger SLA compliance, governance adherence, risk visibility, and supplier performance accountability.

·       Increased adoption of AI, automation, analytics, and digital workflow capabilities across telecom vendor management, billing governance, supplier performance, and network service operations.
