Establish and enforce delivery standards, governance, and operating rhythms for the CSO AI program.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance cyber operations, threat intelligence workflows, and decision‑making.
Anticipate delivery risks, dependencies, and resourcing gaps.
Proactively drive execution progress, escalate issues, and drive resolution.
Information Gathering & Delivery Management
Work closely with senior leaders and technical SMEs to gather requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
Coordinate across cross-functional teams to collect status, risks, and milestones for AI cyber delivery initiatives.
Ensure all cyber delivery commitments are clearly documented, tracked, and reported within approved information and delivery management systems.
Maintain and continuously improve delivery artifacts, including roadmaps, operating procedures, playbooks, and process documentation.
Executive Reporting, Metrics & Insights
Develop and deliver executive‑level reporting, dashboards, and briefings on AI cyber delivery strategy, objectives, progress, and outcomes.
Define, track, and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to measure delivery effectiveness, operational impact, and AI program maturity.
Translate complex technical and AI‑driven insights into clear, concise, and decision‑ready communications for senior leadership.
Provide forward‑looking insights, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve cyber delivery performance.
Collaboration, Influence & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a liaison between CSO AI leadership, delivery teams, and cross‑functional partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across CSO and other business units.
Coordinate delivery dependencies across teams and organizations to ensure on‑time, high‑quality execution tied to CSO priorities and AI initiatives.
Lead and facilitate delivery reviews, planning sessions, and operational forums; capture outcomes and drive follow‑through.
Develop and drive awareness, education, and training campaigns related to AI initiatives and available technologies and tools.
