You’ll close the deal by offering hands-on demos, WiFi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions -keeping customers connected to what matters most to them. How you get the job done: - We’ll kick things off with paid training –setting you up for success to work independently in the field. Coaching, mentoring and ongoing learning opportunities will keep you on track and tech- savvy. - Generate leads –you are ready to take a cold call all the way to the sale while managing and achieving sales targets. - You’ll use strong negotiation and communications skills –you know how to make a smooth pivot, and are highly motivated to get it right and make the sale Key expectations to succeed: - Some prior sales experience - preferably in an environment with set targets - Maintain a valid driver’s license - a big perk of this job is the company car we provide, make sure you’re ready to drive. - Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline –this may include evenings, weekends and holidays. - Utilize required PPE and adhere to all safety measures, including basic sanitizing procedures. Our Field Sales Representatives earn between [$43,100-$57,500] + up to $20,000 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers an average of $71,029 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Overall Purpose: As a direct sales position, generates new sales of AT&T products and services to residential customers. Key Roles and Responsibilities: In the residential customers home, sells AT&T products and services. Assists residential customers with setting up new devices sold by the consultant during the home visit. Achieve sales and service objectives. Receive daily schedule for a specific area or territory. Track and report activities through established processes and procedures. Duties directly related to making sales includes: Meeting with customers and engaging in sales activities at the customers site; communicating with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc. related to proposed solutions/sales, etc.; traveling to and from the customers premise for the purpose of engaging in sales activities; providing subject matter expertise regarding technical issues relating to sales; advising customers on suitability of products based on technical needs; preparing proposals, presentations, or bids, including developing pricing, developing strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solutions/sales; researching and developing customer solutions with AT&T external partners, including design and engineering; and researching customers business and industry to identify new sales opportunities. Education: High School Diploma preferred. Experience: 1 3 years Direct Sales Experience preferred. Supervisory: No.
