JOB LOCATION: 3400 W Plano Pkwy. Plano, TX 75075
DUTIES: Monitor, analyze, and resolve issues in production. Work with development teams, clients, and other operations support teams to maintain maximum stability, performance, and security for current environments. Strong background in software development, security, and operations, with a passion for implementing best practices and innovative solutions. Application
operations, client support investigations and Tier 2 task execution and investigations as needed for specific issues or investigative needs. Scripting for enhanced performance of 'tasks' for SailPoint backend that cannot be triggered via administrative UI or set up for use through administrative UI. Evaluation of log files for transaction investigation, health of application on platform, tuning platform, may be included in normal operations duties. Support for deployments may be necessary ensuring Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) deployment execution as well as any deployment script tuning/writing may be in scope. Implement and maintain tool/portal, processes, and best practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our application and infrastructure. Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with development and other operations teams to identify and prioritize requirements and integrate them into the software development lifecycle. Develop and maintain procedures and guidelines to ensure platform is operating at the highest level of efficiency and security. Use security first mindset and knowledge of security principles. Utilize SailPoint platform. Utilize programming and scripting languages: Python, Java, HTML, PostgreSQL. Use cloud solutions (Azure/AWS) and cloud networking. Apply security principles, technologies, and best practices, including encryption, authentication, and access control. Utilize customer service, negotiation, and conflict management.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology, Communications Engineering, or Computer Engineering and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in a related occupation using security first mindset and knowledge of security principles; utilizing SailPoint platform; utilizing programming and scripting languages: Python, Java, HTML, PostgreSQL; using cloud solutions (Azure/AWS) and cloud networking; and applying security principles, technologies, and best practices, including encryption, authentication, and access control.
Our Lead Cybersecuritys earn between $160,000- $215,800 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
