JOB LOCATION: 3400 W Plano Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75074
DUTIES: Analyze business requirements to design scalable, robust Salesforce solutions. Architect data models, security models, and integration patterns within Salesforce. Work on appropriate Salesforce features including Lightning, Apex, Process Builder for each use case. Develop custom business logic using Apex, and Salesforce’s programming language. Build user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce. Write and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries for data operations. Implement custom APIs and middleware for system integration. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Work with platforms like Azure, AWS, or on-premises systems for seamless data flow. Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and automated test scripts. Review and refactor code for performance, security, and maintainability. Work on peer code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices. Use tools like Salesforce DX, Change Sets, or CI/CD pipelines for managing deployments. Coordinate with DevOps and admin teams to ensure smooth releases. Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flows, and user guides. Document code and configuration changes for future reference. Work with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Mentor junior developers and provide technical support to the team. Lead by example in the following best practices, coding standards, and Salesforce guidelines. Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and training new team members. Work on all development complies with company security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements such as SOX and CCPA. Implement and review security controls within Salesforce. Work on Unit Test, responsibilities may include dynamic application security testing, interface testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing and/or user acceptance testing. Support applications and solve configuration and environmental issues. Support the software deployment process. Requires following certification: Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect, Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer -1, Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, or Electrical Engineering and Three (3) years of experience in the job offered, or Three (3) years of experience in a related occupation working on Unit Test, responsibilities may include dynamic application security testing, interface testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing and/or user acceptance testing; supporting applications and solve configuration and environmental issues; and supporting the software deployment process.
