The Role

We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator with 1–3 years of experience to support network deployment and infrastructure projects. This role helps ensure accurate project tracking, timely updates, and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners. The role also supports material planning, tracking, and coordination activities to help ensure successful project execution.

The Main Responsibilities

Project Tracking & Data Support

·Track key project milestones and maintain accurate, current status updates.

·Assist with validating forecasted vs. actual dates and identifying basic discrepancies.

·Support schedule reviews and help confirm task ownership.

·Track and report material readiness, delivery status, and inventory-related project dependencies.

Project Updates & Data Validation

  • Review project updates for completeness and alignment with project scope.
  • Escalate risks, delays, or missing information to senior team members.
  • Validate material tracking and project data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Material Management & Inventory Support

  • Assist with material forecasting, tracking, and reporting to support project schedules and deployment milestones.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and field teams to monitor material availability and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of material receipts, transfers, inventory levels, and usage.
  • Support material reconciliation activities and investigate discrepancies between planned and actual consumption.
  • Identify and communicate material shortages, delivery delays, or inventory risks that could impact project timelines.
  • Prepare material status reports and provide updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as a communication point for internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist in preparing project status summaries and milestone reports.
  • Communicate material availability concerns, delivery delays, and project risks to appropriate stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, and vendor teams.
  • Provide accurate data and project details to support project managers.
  • Partner with procurement, warehouse, supply chain, and construction teams to support project delivery and material readiness.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in telecom, utilities, construction, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with milestone-driven projects and maintaining accurate project data.
  • Understanding of basic project scheduling and date tracking.
  • Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with inventory tracking, material coordination, procurement support, or supply chain processes is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to fiber, wireless, or network infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with telecom lifecycle stages.
  • Ability to identify trends or inconsistencies in project data.
  • Experience supporting material inventory management, procurement coordination, or supply chain activities.
  • Knowledge of telecom construction materials, fiber infrastructure components, and inventory management systems.
  • Experience with material forecasting, inventory reconciliation, and logistics coordination.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Background Screening
