REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker

JOB LOCATION: 2270 Lakeside Blvd, Richardson, TX 75082 [Hybrid position]  

DUTIES: Design, develop, document, and analyze the overall architecture of systems including hardware and software. Determine integrated hardware and software architecture solutions that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs. Coordinate the design and integration of total systems including subsystems. Work on the development of new technologies and the maintenance of existing technologies. Build multiple version systems addressing performance and scale. Develop technical documentation of applications and systems. Deliver cross organizational capacity optimization spanning analysis, reporting, engineering, automation, and delivery. Support VMware, vRealize Operations (vROps), and Aria and manage Virtual Machine dynamic scaling. Perform system engineering and provide support CloudStack. Grow cloud optimization frameworks for existing cloud infrastructure to improve performance across multiple data centers. Utilize Azure DevOps and JIRA.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Engineering and four (4) years of experience in the job offered, or four (4) years of experience in a related occupation designing, developing, documenting, and analyzing the overall architecture of systems including hardware and software; determining integrated hardware and software architecture solutions that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs; coordinating the design and integration of total systems including subsystems; developing technical documentation of applications and systems; supporting VMware, vRealize Operations (vROps), and Aria and managing Virtual Machine dynamic scaling; performing system engineering and providing supporting CloudStack; growing cloud optimization frameworks for existing cloud infrastructure to improving performance across multiple data centers; and utilizing Azure DevOps, and JIRA.
