Job Description:

Lead a teama makean impact at the center of where it all happens – our customers’ homes. As an Integrated Solutions Manager,you’lloversee a team of sales and support staff as they work to introduce residential customers to our award-winning TV service and technology in collaboration with our service installers. Your knowledge of ourwide rangeof technology and services will ensure they provide customized solutions that create an elevated customer experience.

Excellent communication, strategicthinkingand leadership abilities to match!You’ll take on a variety of responsibilities – from hiring and training to career development and strategic planning.You’llalso oversee the inventory and compliance of your team and take on fleet managementresponsibilities. Most importantly,you’llbe tasked with ensuring your team develops andattainssales and serviceobjectiveswithin an assigned geographic territory.You’llensure that each member of your team is equipped to provide customers with hands-on demos that generatenew sales– effectively and independently managing their own appointments to meet sales and serviceobjectives.

In order toqualify for this position,you’llneed:

  • 3-5 years of customer facing/sales experience

  • 3-5 years of managementexperiencepreferred.

  • Abachelor'sdegree, preferred.

Our Field Sales Managers earn between $86,700 - $108,400 + up to $34,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience,expertise, and education/training.
