As a Lead Sales Executive - Platinum Fib on our Platinum sales team, you’ll leverage your expertise in managing and growing client relationships to drive revenue growth. By strategically engaging with both new and existing customers, you will deliver AT&T's cutting-edge business products and services, focusing on innovative solutions. From daily sales calls and networking to relationship building, you’ll partner with clients to uncover their needs and deliver customized, value-added solutions that address their business priorities. Your ability to hunt for new opportunities, drive sales, and maintain a self-starter mindset will determine your success.

Join our expanding AT&T Platinum sales team and unlock exceptional earning potential! Our compensation package features a competitive base salary plus a performance-based commission structure. At 100% of your sales target, annual earnings typically range from $180,300 to $230,500. Commission earnings are capped at 500% of target, allowing for an annual earning potential of $365,000 or more for high achievers. What you’ll do:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Strategically manage and grow client relationships to achieve and exceed sales targets for AT&T’s products, services, and solutions.

  • Develop Sales Strategies: Implement effective sales plans to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.

  • Provide Consultative Solutions: Utilize consultative selling skills to identify client needs, deliver tailored presentations, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Analyze Market Trends: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.

  • Respond to RFPs: Prepare detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), aligning solutions with client requirements.

What you’ll need:

  • Advanced Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of sales principles, practices, and AT&T’s products and services.

  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build, maintain, and expand long-term client relationships.

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and develop effective sales strategies.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for delivering presentations and resolving client issues.

  • Self-Motivation: Ability to manage large, complex sales with minimal supervision and demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

What you’ll bring:

  • Extensive Sales Experience: 8+ years of related sales experience managing complex accounts and achieving high-value sales targets.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.

  • Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated aptitude for resolving client challenges and account discrepancies.

  • Mentorship and Leadership: Experience mentoring peers and leading product or sales training initiatives.

  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of market trends, industry standards, and competitive landscapes.
