REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker 

JOB LOCATION: 1025 Lenox Park Blvd. NE, Atlanta, GA 30319 [Hybrid Position]

Lead Release Mgmt. needed by Cricket Wireless LLC in Atlanta, GA [Hybrid Position] to  manage the Gitana-CMS content branches, merging processes, and deployment as well as create content snapshots. Oversee the Akamai CDN content deployment, manage and implement release-related Net-Storage and cloudlets. Create and facilitate release plans, monitor project release milestones, and manage post-launch activities. Plan releases, create targeted release content, and ensure the schedule and quality of releases. Identify and provide visibility of release dependencies and contingencies across multiple scrum teams and crossfunctional projects. Execute risk management strategies to mitigate issues related to scope, schedule, and quality, assess readiness for each release phase, and evaluate releases at various Decision Gates for SOX compliance. Support cross-functional scrum teams with on-call support and resources to resolve deployment challenges by facilitating program and application schedules of dependent systems and coordinating and communicating release plans across organizational units. Design and document business-approved chat-related design flows for customer service using diagramming applications. Build and design scripted-AI service and support journeys using REST APIs to autonomously resolve customer issues, manage and optimize AI agents for scripted chatbots to achieve quantifiable results, and perform post-release activities to evaluate and optimize chatbot performance. Apply experience with lowcode conversational interface automation platforms including ADA. Utilize skills and competencies including data gathering and reporting, release contingency planning, production support, emerging technologies, IT environment, waterfall project management, software release management, software development life cycle (SDLC), process management, and program management.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation managing shared content branch merging and deployment across multiple scrum teams using Gitana CMS; applying experience with low-code conversational interface automation platforms including ADA; utilizing skills and competencies including data gathering and reporting, release contingency planning, production support, emerging technologies, IT environment, waterfall project management, software release management, software development life cycle (SDLC), process management, and program management.

Our Lead Release Mgmt. earn between $150,858 - $159,100 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
