About the Role:
Join our team as a Service Assurance & Project Support Specialist! In this entry-level role, you will help maintain high service assurance standards and elevate client satisfaction by supporting the successful execution of projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and resource coordination, while following industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation & Standards: Record issues, enforce standards, and advise development teams on compliance.

  • Process Improvement & Quality Management: Review deliverables, ensure adherence to quality standards, and proactively address issues or risks.

  • Project Management: Assist with projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within budget and according to specifications.

  • Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with stakeholders and internal clients, providing project updates, facilitating meetings, and managing expectations.

  • Additional Support: Take part in tasks related to data analysis, reporting, and team collaboration.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in service assurance, operational background, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational, documentation, analytical and project management skills.

  • Ability to follow established procedures and apply company policies to routine tasks.

  • Solid communication and teamwork abilities.

  • English language skills at B2 level or higher

  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving problems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.

  • Experience with project management and tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus

Current Work Model: 3 days per week in the office

Salary Range: 48 000 - 73 000 CZK gross a month. The actual salary is based on skills, experience and knowledge.
