Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our cybersecurity and identity management team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions across both front-end and back-end systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise-level development, with a focus on secure, efficient, and maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

  • Develop front-end interfaces using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.

  • Build and maintain back-end services using Java (Test-Driven Development, Ex: Junit), Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.  

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the full stack.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and product managers.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

  • Ensure compliance with security standards and participate in vulnerability remediation.

  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and infrastructure automation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in software development within complex enterprise environments.

  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and React.js 

  • Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.

  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.

  • Experience with SQL and database development, including stored procedures.

  • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and tools is a plus. 

  • Experience with GitHub, SAST/DAST scanning, and secure coding practices.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Splunk.

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Our Lead Cybersecurity, earns between $143,800.00-$215,800.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
