About the Job:

This role provides advanced IAM operations support for SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud (ISC) while serving as a hands‑on contributor to AI enablement across access operations. The position focuses on Tier 3 access operations and the practical application of AI and LLMs to improve operational efficiency, analysis, and execution, under the direction of IAM leadership.

The individual will spend a significant portion of their early tenure building, piloting, and operationalizing AI‑assisted tooling and workflows to support access operations.
