Job Description:
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private/Public Cloud System Administrator to join the Cricket IT OPs organization. This role focuses on driving technology transformation through public cloud migrations while supporting mission-critical applications such as POS and Customer Journey. The ideal candidate will proactively monitor system performance, conduct capacity planning, and perform fault analysis and logging for performance exception reporting.As part of a dynamic, cross-functional DevOps team, you will contribute to our hyper-cloud strategy, enabling scalable and resilient application solutions. You will also manage infrastructure automation tasks, including VM creation, load balancers, and networking configurations. This position requires deep expertise in networking, storage, firewalls, and connectivity, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) during incident triages and troubleshooting to ensure minimal business downtime.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions while ensuring efficient delivery processes and robust production support. Emphasis is placed on automation and adherence to industry best practices.
