Job Summary:
This role involves managing projects related to Azure big data solutions, ensuring resource allocation to the Projects assigned from central team. Ensuring effective incident/Event management, auditing, Vulnerability/Compliance management, and creating dashboards using Power BI. The position requires strong project management skills, technical knowledge of Azure services, and experience with data analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee project initiation, resource allocation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for Azure big data projects enabled with progress tracking via epic and story boards. Ensure timely delivery and budget adherence. Foresee possible resource/Hours involvement and make effort to avoid Jeopardy.

• Metrics/Value Collection: Keep tab of team’s effort and generate near real team utilization based on engagement through various artifacts and sources. Gather Value creation based on the automation and new technology implementation through Dollars and Time saved.

• Key Delivery Tracking: Accumulate Monthly and Quarterly reports on various project deliverables, Vulnerability management, Automation and Continuous Enhancements and classify them for presentation to Leadership on a cyclic fashion.

• Time Allocation: Regular check of time reports and generate reports on teams’ allocation with respect to Enhancement, Sustainment activities.

• Incident Management: Monitor/Assign/Follow-up to Closure on the ITSM Queues to resolve incoming disruptions, enhancement, Cost optimization request efficiently. Seek opportunity for any possible Queue request as business evolves.

• Auditing and Compliance: Conduct audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Vulnerability Management: Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in Azure environments to enhance security. Closely work with Stake holders and Subscription point of Contacts to execute compliance activities.

• Dashboarding with Power BI: Design and implement data visualizations using Power BI to provide insights into project performance and data analytics.

• Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Team collaboration and Training: Ensure teams participation on internal training session and act as intermediate and seek opportunity for team’s contribution to newsletters and technical writeups.

• Knowledge Capture and Documentation: Oversee the creation, updating and structuring of project-related documentation. Ensure lessons learned and best practices are documented and added to the knowledgebase.

Required Skills

•              Strong project management skills (Agile, Scrum).

•              Understanding with Azure services (Azure, AWS).

•              Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools. To have any dashboarding tool (Like Power BI).

•              Understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL).

•              Excellent communication and leadership skills.

•              Story telling experience, good with communication and PPT & presentation skills is mandatory.

Technical Qualifications:

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience in high-tech, software, or telecom industries is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills to translate insights into impactful product initiatives.
